Tigre represents the pioneering spirit of Ninety Plus, as it utilizes the Folio™ processing technique originated by Ninety Plus founder Joseph Brodsky in which other parts of the coffee plant are used during fermentation. Tigre illustrates the broad possibilities of the Folio™ approach, as it has a heavy mouthfeel while retaining an exceedingly complex aroma.
