Perci – short for perspective – is named for the sense of discovery and possibility associated with natural coffee processing, which is when coffee beans are dried as full cherries without removing any of the fruit. Ninety Plus was the first to naturally process the gesha variety in Panama, and the resulting flavor profile reminded Ninety Plus founder Joseph Brodsky of the Ethiopian coffees that inspired his journey within the world of specialty coffee. Full-bodied and flavorful, Perci exemplifies the possibilities of natural process coffee.
